If you’re a teacher, coach, bus driver or an educator in need of a background check or your 5 year FBI renewal do not hesitate making an appointment for visiting our location. It is crucial that these background checks are done correctly, on time and sent to the Ohio Department of Education if indicated. Do not let your license expire. Call or visit us during office hours-no appointment is needed.
Please know that it doesn’t matter where you previously had your background checks done. All Web Check locations throughout Ohio share the same state system. What does matter is that you provide us with the correct ORC Reason Code/Codes and if your results need to go to ODE. If you’re unsure about the code or if your results need to go directly to ODE ask your school advisor prior to visiting us-they will know.
