Office hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No appointment is needed unless you need ink printed. Having an appointment will cut down on your wait time. Most folks are in and out within 10 minutes.  We strive to be fast, dependable, and professional.

Educators and coaches: If you’re a teacher in need of your background check or your 5-year FBI renewal do not hesitate to call or visit.  It is crucial that all background checks are done correctly, on time, and sent to the Ohio Department of Education if required. Please have your ORC Code/Reason Codes.

*You must know your ORC Code numbers before arriving.  Without these codes you cannot be printed. Check with your HR Department, employer or board for the proper and correct code/codes.
